Q. Which forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. You may also, by special arrangement, send a bank wire transfer. Wire transfers must be set-up through a customer service representative at 1-888-569-8158.
Q. How long will it take for my product to be delivered to me? Can I have a specific time or date?
A. Most products are received within 5 business days of the placed order, almost always within seven business days. There may be unique circumstances where your order may take up to 10 days. We can not guarantee a specific arrival date or time at the date of your order. However, on most items the freight carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery appointment.
Q. Does Charmedhome ship products to my area?
A. At present, we offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. At present we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other U.S. territories. If you feel you have special circumstances outside of our delivery area you may contact customer service to see if a special delivery may be arranged for you.
Q. How will Charmedhome ship and deliver products to my home?
A. For items under 150 pounds and less than 165” in length we will use FedEx or UPS Ground standard parcel shipping. Standard ground shipments processed through UPS and FedEx usually arrive within 1 – 5 business days from the time they leave the warehouse. Please note that all standard ground parcel shipments are sent WITHOUT signature-required delivery. Packages will be left at the provided delivery address at the driver's discretion. If you require additional delivery services, please reach out to our customer service team prior to placing your order to make those requests.
If your ordered product is over 150 lbs or larger than 165” in length he Freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that works with your schedule, usually a 2-4 hour window on a specified date. It then will be delivered and placed curbside or on the driveway. Please check the weight of goods before they arrive so you are properly prepared. You may also consult the specs of your product for weight and length or call a Charmedhome sales rep for more information. These deliveries will require a signed signature of receipt unless a special arrangement has been made prior with a Charmedhome sales representative.
Q. What if I would like my product delivered at an earlier date?
A. If your order is time sensitive we suggest speaking to a customer service representative. If we can accommodate you we will. We may be able to offer expedited shipping services for some products with a fee incurred.
Q. Does Charmedhome install products or refer preferred installers?
A. Charmedhome is not an installer, nor does Charmedhome refer or advocate any specific installation firms or individual installers. Consult your local listings for professionals in your area.
Q. Do you offer any discounts to builders or other professionals/businesses within the industry?
A. The prices we show on our website are our best prices up front. If you can meet our minimum purchase requirements, we will sell to you regardless of whether you are in business or a private home owner.
Q. May I see my specific product before I purchase?
A. We are unable to show you the product at the warehouse. The warehouses we use are privately owned facilities and all products are in factory-sealed crates.
Q. How do I return or exchange my purchase?
A. First, make sure to check our Return Policy to make sure your item qualifies for a return/exchange. Once you have done so, you can call 1-(888)-569-8158 or e-mail our support team firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return/exchange process. Our support team will coordinate with you to have your item returned to our warehouse. Once the item is back in our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within one business day. Please allow 3 to
5 business days to receive your refund.
